Abstract:
To provide a practical microneedle pharmaceutical preparation by finding appropriate application conditions for a geometric shape of an article to be applied and positions on a needle in an application type microneedle.SOLUTION: A microneedle array has a needle length of 350 μm or more and 1,500 μm or less, a diameter of an apex of a needle tip end part 1 of 15 μm or more and 100 μm or less, and an application part of a medicament, and uses a non-bio soluble agent or preferably a non-bio soluble high polymer as a base agent. The microneedle array is characterized that the medicament is not applied to the apex of the needle tip end part. An upper end of the application part of the medicament is preferably positioned in a part lower than the apex of the needle tip end part by 30 μm or more. A maximum diameter of the application part of the medicament is preferably 300 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
