Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water droplets such as rain water from entering into a microphone without causing adverse effect on performance of the microphone.SOLUTION: In a microphone, a microphone unit 20 is stored in a unit storage part 11 connected to a microphone housing (for example, a grip part) 10 through mount means 21 and a head case 13 having an opening for passing sound waves is attached to the unit storage part 11 so as to cover the microphone unit 20. Ventilation means 30 (preferably, a piezoelectric fan 31) which blows air from the unit storage part 11 side to the head case 13 is disposed in the microphone housing 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
