Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope apparatus capable of performing highly reliable fluorescence observations without the use of a darkened room and being made compact.SOLUTION: A microscope apparatus 500 comprises a measurement unit 100, a PC 200, a measurement light supplying unit 300, and a display 400. The measurement unit 100 includes a housing 101. The housing 101 houses a pattern providing part 110, a light receiving part 120, a transmitted light supplying part 130, a stage 140, a stage drive device 141, a filter unit 150, a lens unit 160, and a control board 170. A measured object S is placed on the stage 140. The inside of the housing 101 is kept dark, and a fluorescence observation is performed for the measured object S. The measurement light supplying unit 300 includes a power supply device 310 and a light projection part 320. The power supply device 310 supplies electric power to each component in the measurement unit 100 from the outside of the housing 101. The light projection part 320 generates light for fluorescence observations of the measured object S and applies it to the measurement unit 100.
