PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member change-over device that attains low costs and a long life, and enables a change-over of optical members to be highly accurately performed, and to provide a microscope device including the optical member change-over device.SOLUTION: Each of protrusion parts of a plurality of objective lenses 161 is configured to be supported by a lens attachment plate 22 that has each protrusion parts 22p. A securing member 31 having a concave part 31v is provided on a lateral side of a plurality of lens attachment plates 22. In a state where a rotation is allowable with the protrusion part 22p and the concave part 31v spaced away with each other, a plurality of objective lenses 161 is configured to move on a trajectory OR1. In a state where the protrusion part 22p and the concave part 31v are engaged with each other, a rotation of the plurality of objective lenses 161 is configured to be prevented. Upon changing over of the objective lens 161, in the state where the rotation is allowable, an optical axis of one objective lens 161 is configured to be disposed within a range on the trajectory OR1 including an observation axis OA. Upon transition from the rotation allowance state to the rotation prevention state, the protrusion part 22p and the concave part 31v are configured to be engaged with each other, and thereby the optical axis of the one objective lens 161 is configured to be guided on the observation axis OA.
