Abstract:

To provide a microscopic part having various surface characteristics and functional groups, high in precision in a micro pattern and easy to manufacture by studying a new manufacturing method of the microscopic part using macromolecular particulates.

The microscopic part is constituted of a molded film including the macromolecular particulates, a plurality of either one of recessed parts, protruded parts and holes are formed singly or by combining them on a surface of this molded film, characteristically depth of the recessed part and protruding height of the protruded part is within a range of 0.1 μm to 200 μm and opening width of the recessed part, protruding width of the protruded part and a contact circular radius of the hole are within a range of 0.1 μm to 200 μm.
