To establish the junction of a housing base and respective contact lead soldering parts, to realize automatic fitting similar to the other devices and to reduce the manufacturing cost by using a rigid contact lead support where plural contact leads are arranged.

In a lead supporting member 202, a dielectric material 302 is press-fitted and a contact 301 is arranged. The member 202 is connected to a lead 401 and it is furthermore connected to the housing base 404. When the junction of the base of the contact lead 301 and the housing base 404 is once established, readjustment for surface mounting on a printed board becomes unnecessary at that time, and junction between electric ground and the housing base 404 and between a signal line and the contact 301 base can be obtained. Thus, automatic fitting by using vacuum suction nozzle, which is similar to the other device, is realized and manual work is eliminated.
