CONSTITUTION: A magnetron 15 supplying a microwave to a drying chamber 3 is connected with an air compressor 12 through a duct 17 and a compressed air pipe 11. A partition plate 17a of the inside of the duct 17 where compressed air flows to a cooling air inflow part 15a of the magnetron 15 through the duct 17 from the compressed air pipe 11 based on this driving possesses a large number of small holes 17b, 17b.... The diameters of those small holes close to the center are in small diameters as compared with those of the circumference, the compressed air flows evenly to each part of the cooling air inflow part 15a of the magnetron 15 leftward through the small holes 17b, 17b... of the partition plate 17a, the magnetron 15 is cooled as a whole and efficient cooling of the magnetron 15 is performed. When the air compressor is driven, the compressed air is injected between an agitating body 18 and bottom wall 3a of the drying chamber from openings 25, 25... through the compressed air pipe 11 and a shaft 19, a matter 5 to be dried is agitated and it does not happen that the matter 5 to be dried is dried excessively by being dried unevenly between the agitating body 18 and the bottom wall 3a of a drying chamber.
