To provide a microwave oven cooking container for cooking utilizing remaining heat while decreasing the wall thickness.
The microwave oven cooking container includes: a bowl 2 used as tableware; a lid 3 engaged with the upper inside of a side wall 2b of the bowl; and a bottom 4a and a side wall part 4b, wherein the container further includes an upper fitting member 4 and a lower fitting member 5. In the upper fitting member, the peripheral edge of the bottom 4a or the lower part of the side wall part 4b is fitted to the inside of the upper edge of the side wall 2b so that with the lid 3 put on the bowl 2, the bottom 4a forms a space 6 up to the top of the lid 3, and in the lower fitting member having an internal capacity to store the bowl 2 and including a bottom 5a and a side wall part 5b, the side wall part 5b is fitted to the outside of the top of the side wall 2b of the bowl to form a space 7 up to the outer surface of the bowl 2.
