Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mirror angle measuring equipment of a holographic digital data system for performing servo control by measuring an error of an angle of a mirror making reference light incident on a storing medium (recording medium) during regeneration.
SOLUTION: The mirror angle measuring equipment comprises a mirror 114 having a first reflection face incident on the storing medium in a front face by reflecting the reference light and having a second reflection face used for adjusting an incident angle of the reference light incident on the storing medium in a rear face, a beam splitter 124 making measuring light incident on the second reflection face, a mirror 128 reflecting the measuring light reflected on the second reflection face to return it to the second reflection face, and an optical detection part 132 for detecting a light amount of the measuring light returned to a transmission unit reflected on the second reflection face again after being returned from the mirror 128. The angle of the mirror 114 is adjusted by comparing the light amount detected with the optical detection part 132.
