Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simultaneously treat a plurality of tubes of different dimensions with a single set of device by conveying the tubes of an annular fluorescent lamp with different dimension alternately from a plurality of hanger conveyers to a working conveyer.
CONSTITUTION: In a plurality of hanger conveyers 2, 2a of parallelly arranging tubes of different dimension, the tube is individually conveyed and delivered alternately to a working conveyer 3 of intermittently acting in delivery devices 4, 4a. The delivered tube is fed by the working conveyer 3 successively to each work station of a tube position detecting device 6, tube positioning device 7, tube direction restricting device 8, first work device 9a and the second work device 9b. Here is provided a driving mechanism in a mixed production annular fluorescent lamp treating device 1, and it has the first cam shaft and the second cam shaft rotated at a 1/2 speed of the first cam shaft, to take driving of the delivery devices 4, 4a from the second cam shaft and driving of the other device from the first cam shaft.
