Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge improved soil generated in a mixing vessel smoothly and surely without leaving mixed soil on the wall surface of the mixing vessel in a state the mixed soil is left being adhered.
SOLUTION: Two paddle mixers 24 are installed in parallel with a mixing vessel 20 in which a mixing-material supply port 22 is formed at an upper section on one end side and an improved-soil discharge opening 23 at the lower section of the other end, and paddles 26 are mounted up to the front side on the improved-soil discharge opening 23 side. Scraping-off members 31 composed of shaft sections 31a implanted to the shaft 25 and scraping-off plates 31b, which are connected and fixed at the front ends of the shaft sections 31a by a means such as screwing and plate surfaces of which are directed in the axial direction of the shaft 25, are set up at the upper positions of the improved-soil discharge opening 23 in which the paddles 26 for the shaft 25 are not formed, and a peripheral wall section 20c as a side wall at the positions of the members 31 in the vessel body 20a of the mixing vessel 20 is formed in an arcuate surface having curvature slightly larger than the rotary loci of the front ends of the scraping-off plates 31b at that time.
