Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a webbing from being touched or hooked by making a handle lever protrude outward through the bore of a cover member, improving an assembly operation, reducing the number of vises, and reducing the number of parts.
SOLUTION: A bore 29 which the edge part 27a of a driving shaft 27 is inserted into is formed on the hollow part 25 of a cover member 23, and a handle lever 31 is formed of resin unifying the handle lever body 33 and a fitting engaging part 35. The cover member 23 is kept by the handle lever 31, by inserting the edge part 27a of a rotating shaft 27 through the bore part 29 of the cover member 23 to make it protrude outward, and engaging the fitting engaging part 35 of the handle lever 31 with the edge part 27a of the rotating shaft 27 protruded on the front surface of the hollow part 25 of the cover member 23 from outside.
