Abstract:
PURPOSE: To supply a different kind of stable slips large in specific gravity difference by simple adjustment using an independent mixer.
CONSTITUTION: A powder supply pipe 40 supplying a component to be kneaded, a water supply pipe 42 supplying kneading water, a first foam supply pipe 44 supplying foam to the component to be kneaded in order to adjust the vol. of slip and a third foam supply pipe 41 additionally supplying foam to the slip of an internal region are connected to the upper plate 22 of a mixer 10 so as to mutually leave a predetermined angle interval. The annular wall 23 of the mixer 10 is connected to the upper end part of a slip supply pipe 48 through a hollow connection part 47 and a second foam supply pipe 49 supplying foam to the component to be kneaded is connected to the upper end part of the slip supply pipe 48. A dispensing port 46 is arranged to the annular wall 23 and contains a pair of dispensing ports 46a, 46b. The respective dispensing ports are arranged to the annular wall at positions spaced apart from the connection part at a predetermined angle interval and connected to pipings 12a, 12b. These pipings communicate with a pipeline 12 emitting slip to an edge region.
