PURPOSE: To provide an antenna which does not require much labor for adjustment by devising an altazimuth type adjusting device which adjusts the longitude and the latitude independently of each other.

CONSTITUTION: After the end of adjustment for a first satellite, the code, the elevation, and the azimuth of the next satellite are inputted from the keyboard of an input part 42 to a control part 43, which controls the motor rotating a satellite tracking driving part 44, and are stored in a memory 45. All of angle data of required satellites are inputted in accordance with these procedures; and when the code of the satellite to be tracked is inputted from the keyboard and the system is started, the satellite tracking driving part 44 is moved in the direction determined by prescribed elevation and azimuth in accordance with the instruction from the control part 43 to acquire the radio wave from the satellite.
