Title:
MOBILE BODY TRACKING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3822579
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the position of a mobile body without receiving influence of the surroundings to easily track the mobile body by using a transceiver inducing an electric field based on information to be transmitted to an electric field transmission medium and detecting the electric field induced to the electric field transmission medium to transmit/receive information.
SOLUTION: A mobile body detection system 100 is a computer system having a plurality of transmission and detection devices 110i and a mobile body tracking device 120, and sequentially grasping a position of a pedestrian 20 to track the person by installing the transmission and detection devices 110i to a road surface of an area that is a target of tracking investigation at appropriate intervals each not more than a person's step to detect the position of the pedestrian passing on the road surface. This is based on that a communication line between the transceivers of two transmission and detection devices 110i is established through the pedestrian that is the electric transmission medium when the feet of the pedestrian simultaneously contact with electrodes of the two transmission and detection devices 110i on the road surface.
