To provide a movable melting furnace for melting incinerated ash until rendering it detoxified, while moving around the incinerated ash placed at different sites.

A melting furnace 5 for giving ash melting to incinerated ash sludge (d), obtained by previously reacting the incinerated ash (a) with an inorganic coagulant (c) containing aluminum or iron based metallic components, in a ceramic tube 6 having a heater 6b attached thereto for temperature rise to about 1,450°C, after heating and drying it at about 300°C or lower using a drying furnace 3, ash melting facilities including a slag water crushing tank 7 for cooling the ash in the melted condition directly with water, and exhaust gas treatment facilities 20 for rendering exhaust gas (g) detoxified and deodorized into a lower temperature are arranged on a chassis 11 in a movable manner. Otherwise, a sludge delivery device 2 inversely L-shaped for upwardly supplying the incinerated ash sludge (d) is additionally formed on a primary hopper 2b located at a high position and attached to the on-vehicle ash melting facilities 1.
