To provide a system capable of easily determining an oral cavity condition with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 includes a camera 11 for photographing an oral cavity region, an extraction part 12 for extracting image data of the oral cavity region to be an estimation object from image data of the oral cavity object region acquired by photographing, an estimation part 13 for estimating a condition of the oral cavity object region on the basis of the extracted image data of the oral cavity object region, a determination part 14 for determining the condition of the oral cavity object region on the basis of an estimation result obtained by the estimation by the estimation part 13 and prescribed reference information (a predetermined reference value, a past progress degree, or the like), and an output part 15 for outputting a determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
