The model body guide device 40 can run on a running region provided below a game board of a racing game device along the game board and guides a model body 60 through the game board to cause the model body to run on the game board. The device 40 includes a running drive part 50 made up of a drive wheel 48 rolling on the underside of the game board and a drive means to drive the drive wheel and a steering mechanism 53 made up of a left and right steering wheels 54 rolling on the underside of the game board and a wheel supporting part 55 which coaxially supports each of the wheels 54 and is driven to rotate about a mount axis 56 passing through the center of both the wheels 54.
