Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a modified woody material of superior resistance to water and resistance to staining.
CONSTITUTION: When a mix treated liquid composed of a methlolataed benzoguanamine as a reaction product of benzoguanamine and formalin and a polymeric curable liquid resin composition composed of polyethylene glycol di(meth)acrylate or the like is impregnated into a woody material, methylol benzoguanamine is not etherified by alcohol and can be dissolved in an organic solvent, and the polymeric curable resin composition is integrated with the woody material, and turned into WPC (composite material of resin impregnated wood) easily.
