Abstract:

To provide medicines effectively inhibiting glucocorticoid receptor of the liver.

There are provided antisense compounds of 8-80 nucleic acid base length, targeting nucleic acid molecules encoding the glucocorticoid receptor, wherein the compounds are complementary to the nucleic acid molecules encoding the glucocorticoid receptor, the compounds inhibit expression of the glucocorticoid receptor mRNA and the antisense compounds contain a specific sequence.
