To provide a module structure and its construction method for which conventionally applied design conditions during transport and installation can be eased, installation accuracy can be improved on the job site and a high reliability is realized by manufacturing and transporting a module structure in one module at factory.

In a module structure 10 for which the construction is carried out by placing a column 2 of the module structure 10 on the anchor plate 18 fixed to an anchor bolt 19, a position adjusting mechanism consisting of a fitting guide 22 and a projection 20 having a sloped surface 20a for adjusting the position of the anchor plate 18 and the column 2 is provided for installing the anchor plate 18 and the column 2 to the foundation surface.
