Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a pneumatic tire associated with making it low fuel consuming that, even though measures are taken to acquire low rolling resistance of a tire such as reduction of an amount of carbon black mixed, use of a large amount of silica, and the like, these methods increase electrical resistance of the tire, making it impossible to guarantee functioning of on-vehicle electronic devices.SOLUTION: A mold release agent for a tire inner surface comprises carbon black having, for example, a DBP absorption of 100 cm/100 g or more. The mold release agent is coated on the inner surface of a green tire which is vulcanized to produce a tire, solving the problems.
