Abstract:
To provide a mold release resistance evaluation device capable of removing influence on mold release resistance evaluation caused by a contact between an inside face extending in a first direction of a recessed part of a mold body in a direction of mold-releasing a molded article and a side face extending in the first direction of a projecting part of a core.SOLUTION: A mold release resistance evaluation device 10 evaluates mold release resistance when a molded article P is released from a mold, and comprises: a mold body 11 provided with a recessed part 11a; a core 12 provided with a projecting part 12a with a shape inserted into the recessed part 11a and a flange part 13 disposed at the side of a base part 12b of the projecting part 12a; a connecting member 14 connecting an inner bottom face 11b of the recessed part 11a and a projected edge face 12c of the projecting part 12a; and a load acquisition part 15 disposed in the connection member 14 and capable of acquiring loads upon mold-releasing of the molded article P. The connecting member 14 extends in a first direction in which the molded article P extends in a direction in which the molded article P is released from the mold body 11, and an inside face extending in the first direction of the recessed part 11a and a side face extending in the first direction of the projecting part 12a are connected in a mutually separated state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
