PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber mat and a molding.SOLUTION: The fiber mat includes a first fiber layer which is formed by combining 45-55 mass% of synthetic polymer fibers, 35-45 mass% of natural fibers and 5-15 mass% of carbon fibers. The molding includes a molded substrate molded from a fiber mat which includes a first fiber layer formed by combining 45-55 mass% of synthetic polymer fibers, 35-45 mass% of natural fibers and 5-15 mass% of carbon fibers.
