Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide molding information printing equipment which enables printing of necessary molding information at an arbitrary time.
SOLUTION: Control devices of injection molding machines 1a and 1b and a computer 2 are connected by a network 4 and the computer 2 is connected with a printer 3. Molding information such as logging data on molding conditions, process monitoring, temperatures, etc. is stored in the control devices of the injection molding machines 1a and 1b. The molding information is selected and a printing instruction is inputted from the control devices of the machines 1a and 1b. The computer 2 drives the printer 3 to print the selected molding information. The printing instruction can be inputted for printing at any time from a site where the machines 1a and 1b are installed. Since the printer 3 is driven by the medium of the computer 2, it is unnecessary to equip the injection molding machines 1a and 1b with a driver of the printer 3 and a change or renewal of the printer is facilitated.
