Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of a molding press working such as chamfer working by adjusting an initial load of a coil spring 49 in accordance with materials of a workpiece W.SOLUTION: A punch body 25 is provided inside a punch guide 17 to freely rise and fall, and a punch head 33 is provided at the top end part of the punch body 25 by screwing. A coil spring 49 is provided between the punch body 25 inside the punch guide 17 and an upper free ball bearing 41. An annular connection member 51 is provided above the punch guide 17 on the outer peripheral face side of the punch body 25, and the connection member 51 is connected with the punch head 33 around an axis C to be unrotatable and unreleasable. An operation member 63 enables the connection member 51 to be switched between the state of being rotatable and the state of being unrotatable around the axis C with respect to the punch guide 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
