Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monitor system capable of inexpensively detecting an unauthorized act of changing an imaging direction of a monitoring camera, and capable of being installed even in an existing monitoring system.SOLUTION: An identification mark member 21 is (a) installed so as to correspond to a monitoring camera 1 installed on a ceiling or wall with its imaging direction adjusted by a first attachment tool 11, on a ceiling or wall by a second attachment tool 31 differing from the first attachment tool 11 of the monitoring camera 1; and (b) installed at a position where one or a plurality of identification marks 22 on the identification mark member 21 are arranged inside a visual field of the monitoring camera 1. A monitoring device 101 acquires a picture imaged by the monitoring camera 1; tries to detect identification mark images 52 corresponding to the identification marks 22, in the imaged picture 51; and detects a state of not detecting the predetermined number of identification mark images 52 in the imaged picture 51, as an abnormal state.
