Abstract:
To provide a monitoring device, a monitoring system, and a monitoring method capable of accurately determining abnormality in a control device.SOLUTION: A monitoring device according to an embodiment comprises an acceptance unit, a monitoring unit, a storage unit, and a determination unit. The acceptance unit accepts a reset request from a control device which controls predetermined equipment. The monitoring unit monitors the operational state of the control device on the basis of the reset request accepted by the acceptance unit. The storage unit stores a monitoring result of the control device from the monitoring unit. The determination unit determines that the control device has abnormality if it is determined that the control device has performed resetting a predetermined number of times or more, during a period in which the predetermined equipment has been activated, on the basis of the monitoring result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
