To provide a monitoring notification system and a monitoring notification method that can monitor even at night in a monitoring target area.SOLUTION: An infrared camera or a high-sensitivity camera mounted on a flying object shoots videos, and at the same time, a GPS device mounted on the flying object acquires positional and timing information of the videos.
