Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a monolithic crystal filter capable of suppressing spurious oscillation generated in the vicinity of main oscillation and obtaining an effective passing band.
CONSTITUTION: An input electrode 21 and an output electrode 22 are arranged on the surface of a crystal board 1 close to each other with a prescribed interval in a Z' axis direction and lead electrodes 211, 221 are respectively drawn out from the electrodes 21, 22 to the end faces of the board 1. Two common electrodes corresponding to the electrodes 21, 22 are formed on the rear face of the board 1 and connected in common on the lower part of the common electrodes and a lead wire is drawn out to the lower end face of the board 1. Weighted electrodes arranged on the rear face corresponding to the lead electrodes 211, 221 on the surface and close to the common electrodes are extended up to the end faces of the board 1 and a weighted electrode 33 corresponding to one of the lead electrodes formed on the rear face is formed on the surface of the board 1 to suppress spurious oscillation generated in the vicinity of main oscillation.
