Abstract:

To provide monopolar high-frequency scissors for an endoscope, performing sharp high-frequency incision and clotting a tissue adjacent to the incised area securely enough to appropriately achieve the hemostatic effect without damaging the tissue too much.

The shape of a high-frequency electrode 6 in the vertical cross section in the longitudinal direction of the high-frequency electrode 6 is formed in such a shape that an electrode exposed face 6b projects at the center and step parts 6c are formed on both sides as steps to the electrode exposed face 6b. The outer side from the outer edge of the step parts 6c is formed as a slope 6d gradually expanding outward.
