To provide a motion control device for a vehicle capable of materializing operability easy to handle easily materializing acceleration desired by a driver.

First target acceleration Atg1 is operated from accelerator operation quantity APO and first target jerk Jtg1 is operated as differential of the first target acceleration Atg1 by time. Also, correlation of accelerator operation speed dAPO and target jerk Jtg is stored beforehand independently from correlation of accelerator operation quantity APO and first target acceleration Atg1, and target jerk Jtg is operated from accelerator operation speed dAPO at that time. Second target acceleration Atg2 changing with following the first target acceleration Atg1 at the target jerk Jtg is operated next. Then, throttle opening of an internal combustion engine generating driving power of a vehicle is controlled to materialize the second target acceleration Atg2.
