Title:
MOTIVE FORCE TRANSMITTING MECHANISM FOR FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000061189
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To cope with quietness requested for a fully automatic washing machine, to prolong a service life together with improvement in motive force transmitting performance and to prevent the lack of lubricating oil caused by grease.

This mechanism is provided with a cylindrical tub shaft extended downward from the center of bottom part of a washing-spinning tub and supported so as to be freely rotated, input shaft 19 inserted inside that cylindrical tub shaft so as to transmit the rotary force of a driving source, outer ring 23 arranged coaxially with that input shaft 19, plural planet rollers 23 interposed between the input shaft 19 and outer ring 23 in the state of press contact between both turning planes, output shaft 21 inserted inside the cylindrical tub shaft and linked with a pulsator at the bottom part of the washing-spinning tub, and carrier 25 for transmitting the revolving rotary force of planet rollers 24 to the output shaft 21 while holding the planet rollers 24 at equal circumferential intervals so as to freely rotate them and the axial dimension of an outer ring side contact part 28 between the turning plane of the outer ring 23 and the planet roller 24 is made smaller than that of an input shaft side contact part 29 between the turning plane of the input shaft 19 and the planet roller 24.
