Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably rotate a DC brush motor.SOLUTION: A motor control device 10 is equipped with a DC brush motor 9 including a plurality of commutators 93, and a brush with which each commutator slides and contacts; driving means 105 for driving the DC brush motor 9 on the basis of input PWM pulses; detecting means 103 for detecting electric noise which can be generated at the time of commutations by each commutator and the brush during the driving of the DC brush motor 9; and a CPU 101. The CPU 101 determines whether a generation timing of the electric noise detected by the detecting means 103 is in an energization off period to the DC brush motor 9 or not, and generates PWM pulses having a predetermined PWM frequency. The CPU 101 shifts phases of the PWM pulses on the basis of a determination result, thereby superimposing the timing for turning off the energization to the DC brush motor 9 with a timing for generating the electric noise, and outputting the PWM pulses whose phases are shifted to the driving means 105.
