Abstract:
To perform PWM control of multiple DC motors, by connecting a space between a CPU and a motor drive circuit with fewer serial interfaces.SOLUTION: A motor drive circuit having a plurality of energization control units for switching an energization direction to a motor using a switching element driven by a PWM signal includes: a receiving unit for receiving data indicating a duty ratio of the PWM signal and energization to the motor from an arithmetic device by serial communication, for each of the plurality of energization control units; a first signal generating unit for generating a motor control signal that controls the duty ratio and energization to the motor, for each of the plurality of energization control units, based on the data; and a second signal generating unit for generating the PWM signal with the duty ratio set, based on the corresponding motor control signal, for each of the plurality of energization control units.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
