Abstract:
To solve such problems that, in a technique which achieves vector control by feeding back a calculated torque value to a control current of a motor when performing vector control of a stepping motor, information of a conveyance sensor and the like that should be originally transferred at a precise timing is delayed because data before averaging requires data at a frequency in a millisecond unit, a data amount becomes very large and a communication band is compressed when a user wants to transfer a value before averaging of torque data to a master CPU for analysis in order to inspect abnormality at a constant pitch and negotiation factor, and, when the communication speed is increased, the cost is increased because a high speed CPU and bundle wires are required.SOLUTION: A transmission timing of a sampling value of a torque value is changed by the way of totalizing data. A sampling average value is transferred at any time by being divided for each fixed section, but sampling data before averaging is time-division transferred at timings that are not overlapped for a roller controlled by each motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
