Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power consumption in driving a stepping motor without causing a significant cost increase.SOLUTION: A CPU 108 determines a difference between a table number at the timing when an ENC0 signal or an ENC1 signal changes in the case where there is no follow-up delay of a rotor 119 relative to voltage signals applied to an A phase coil 113 and a B phase coil 114 and a table number at the timing when the ENC0 signal or the ENC1 signal changes in the case where there is a follow-up delay of the rotor 119 relative to the voltage signals applied to the A phase coil 113 and the B phase coil 114, and controls the voltage signals applied to the A phase coil 113 and the B phase coil 114 on the basis of the difference.
