To improve the efficiencies of a motor-driven blower and its manufacture, by so forming its stator core that the winding around its rotor is made easy and there is no possibility of the loosening and displacing of its stator.
Magnetic materials stamped pressingly are connected with each other in the form of a line to obtain a connected stator core 2 of a motor- driven blower. After a plurality of connected stator cores 2 are laminated to be applied an insulation processing thereto by a resin integral molding and coating, etc., stator windings 3 are wound around magnetic poles 17. The integrally molded connected stator core 2 is supported in the state of tensions being applied to both its ends and the nozzle of a winding machine is turned around the magnetic poles 17 to form regular windings in the stator windings 3. After the windings are completed, pressing a cylindrical jig in contact with the surfaces to be opposed to the rotor of the blower, thin-walled portions 20 of the integrally molded connected core 2 are bent respectively to form it into its desired shape.
