A pump chamber 10 in which a pump rotor 11 rotatably supported by a housing 5 is contained is formed in the housing 5 and a stator chamber 18 adjoining with the pump chamber 10 is formed through a partition wall 7a formed of a non-magnetic material. A stator 20 comprises a plurality of teeths 21 and 22 situated at equal intervals in a peripheral direction on a virtual circle centering around the rotary axis of the pump rotor 11; bobbins 23 and 24 to surround the teeths 21 and 22, respectively; and a plurality of coils 25 and 26 wound around bobbins 23 and 24 corresponding to the teeths 21 and 22, respectively. The stator 20 is contained in a stator camber 18 and a plurality of spots situated at equal intervals in the peripheral direction of the pump rotor 11 are magnetized.
