Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a motor-operated tube enlarging tool of being able to machine even against a high strength steel tube.
SOLUTION: In a motor-operated tube enlarging tool where a diameter enlarging member 39 to freely rotate on an axis being eccentric and inclined against a main shaft 34 rotated and driven with a motor 31 and to press and enlarge the inside face of tube end is installed, while the main shaft 34 is rotated, the diameter enlarging member 39 is pressed to the tube end inside diameter part of a tube 37 to be machined supported with a tube holder 35 and the tube end part is pressed and enlarged in a cone like, the tube holder 35 attaches a liner in a space of distance to the axial direction of the tube, and the tube 47 to be machined is supported surely through the liner.
