To provide a motor with reduced noise, and to provide a rotation device comprising the motor, and to provide a vehicle that comprises an air conditioning system comprising the rotation device.SOLUTION: A motor 10 comprises: an amateur 30 having a commutator 33; a conductive brush 42 contacted with the commutator 33; a bracket 40 on which the conductive brush 42 is provided; a first wall part 62 provided on the bracket 40, and that has a first surface 62a extending to the commutator 33 side along a first surface 42b of the conductive brush 42; and a first deformation part 72 contacted with both the first surface 42b of the conductive brush 42 and the first surface 62a of the first wall part 62, and that deforms depending on movement of the conductive brush 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
