Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small motor.SOLUTION: A motor 100 is used to drive a member in a container in which a pressure is adjusted to a pressure different from the atmospheric pressure. The motor 100 includes: a rotor 10; a stator 18; and a case 34. The rotor 10 is disposed in an environment at a pressure different from the atmospheric pressure. The stator 18 is disposed facing the rotor 10. The case 34 houses the rotor 10 and the stator 18. In the motor 100, a space in the case 34, which faces the rotor 10, is filled with a resin.
