Abstract:
To provide a motor capable of preventing deformation strain from being generated in a brush housing part by a deformation of a recess part in the motor having a plate on which the recess part and the brush housing part are provided adjacently.SOLUTION: A motor has: a rotator 20 having a rotating shaft 21; a commutator 40 attached to the rotating shaft 21; a brush 50 contacting the commutator 40; a stator 10 generating magnetic force applied to the rotator 20; a frame 60 housing the stator 10; and a resin plate 70 arranged so as to cover an opening 60a of the frame 60. The plate 70 has: a brush housing part 71 provided on an inner surface of the plate 70 and housing the brush 50; and a first recess part 72 protruding toward inside so as to recess a part of an outside surface of the plate 70. A side ditch 74 exists between a lateral wall 71a of the brush housing part 71 and a lateral wall 72a of the first recess part 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
