Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly weld a plate and a cylindrical part where an anchor arm is fixed by fewer weld zones.SOLUTION: A cab mount structure 1 tiltably supporting a vehicle cab comprises: a torsion bar 20 including one end part in a longer direction in which torsional deformation is possible when the cab is tilted; a mount member 30 in which a cylindrical part 32 covering a mount rubber is welded to an arm fixing plate 36 fixed to a vehicle body frame by a plurality of weld zones 60a-60f alienated in a circumferential direction; and an anchor arm 40 which fixes and supports the other end of the torsion bar 20 in the longer direction and which is fixed to the arm fixing plate 36 by fixing parts 36b, 36c. Among the weld zones 60a-60f, a first separation distance in the circumferential direction between the weld zones 60e and 60f that are apart from the fixing parts 36b, 36c is larger than a second separation distance in the circumferential direction between the weld zones 60a-60d that are close to the fixing parts 36b, 36c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
