Abstract:
To enable any circuit element in an integrated circuit device to be electronically isolated even after the integrated circuit device is temporarily mounted on a mounting object.
A wiring disconnecting element 14 is inserted into inter-circuit wiring 13 for connecting a first and a second circuits 11, 12 in the integrated circuit device 10 together. One end of control wiring 15 is connected to the wiring disconnecting element 14, and a control input terminal 16 is provided at the other end of the wiring 15. A control signal is entered from a controller 17 connected to the control input terminal 16 to bring the wiring disconnecting element 14 into a disconnecting state at any time.
