A double-faced tape 2 is adhered and fixed to a required position of a cable A led to a controller from a wheel speed sensor P by one adhesive layer 2b thereof. A spacer S is radially opened to be fitted in the cable A in the required position through the medium of a slit 1 disposed over the entire length thereof, and adhered and fixed to the cable A with the tape 2. The cable A is mounted in a vehicle body with a fixture K through the medium of the spacer S. Both adhesive layers 2b, 2c of the double-faced tape 2 are made of different materials having a high adhesion with a cable sheath or spacer. The tape is wound around the cable A once. Both adhesive layers are overlaid. By so doing, the mounting strength is prevented from being deteriorated due to poor adhesive strength of the overlaid part as compared with the cable or spacer.
