To provide a mounting structure for a reserve tank which is capable of reducing a dead space around a tank bracket by mounting the reserve tank on a vehicle body through the tank bracket and which is used for protecting and mounting other peripheral parts.
In this mounting structure for the reserve tank, the reserve tank 10 is connected with a radiator through a cooling water hose 8. The reserve tank 10 is formed so as to have a larger width than a height, and arranged on the tank bracket 20 fixed to a panel member 2 of the vehicle body, and electrical equipment 30 is arranged between the tank bracket 20 and the panel member 2, so that the dead space under the tank bracket 20 is reduced. In this constitution, the tank bracket 20 covers the electrical equipment 30, thus protecting the electrical equipment 30 from heat damage by the radiator 9 or water overflowing when the reserve tank 10 is filled with water.
