Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety at on/off getting time of a passenger, by moving a stanchion pole as necessary.
SOLUTION: A stanchion pole is provided vertically between a floor 10a and a ceiling 10e in the vicinity of an on/off getting port 10c. A moving means 14 constituted able to move the stanchion pole 13 to a first position corresponding to the center of the on/off getting port 10c and a second position corresponding to a side part of the on/off getting port 10c and a fixing means 16 constituted able to fix the stanchion pole 23 to at least the first position are provided. It is preferable that the moving means 14 is provided with a pivotal support member 21 biased relating to the stanchion pole to be mounted able to turn in the ceiling 10e and a connection member 22 connecting the pivotal support member and the stanchion pole, and the fixing means 16 is provided with a first/second lock holes 24, 26 provided in the floor 10a and a lock member provided in the stanchion pole able to protrude and sink from a lower end.
