A screw passing hole 6 in the mounted material 2 is formed in a size allowing the head part 5a of a screw body 5 to pass therethrough, and the screw body 5 is formed to maintain its threaded state by the engagement of its head part 5a with the mounting material 2 through a washer 7. When a force of a specified level or higher acts on the mounting material 2 and the mounted material 4 in a direction for separating them relative to each other in the axial direction of the screw body 5, the washer 7 is first deformed, and the head part 5a of the screw body 5 is passed through the screw passing hole 6 in the mounting material 2 to release the connected state.
