To provide a movable air balancing device which improves aerodynamical power characteristics, and increases operation reliability by a simple structure.

This air balancing device is used for rectifying the stream of air to a vehicle at the time of vehicle traveling. The air balancing device is equipped with: an air balancing member; a connecting member; and a driving device. In this case, the air balancing member is fitted in front of a wheel of the vehicle, or on the lower section of the front surface of the car body, and rectifies the stream of air which hits the vehicle at the time of vehicle traveling. The connecting member is connected with the air balancing member. The driving device drives the air balancing member between an air rectification operating position and an air rectification non-operating position while connected with the connecting member, and is arranged in an higher position than the air balancing member, apart from the air balancing member.
